SDG 10 Goal
ADAF plays an important role in advancing SDG 10:
1. Skills Development and Vocational Training
We lead programs that provide vocational training, upskilling, and lifelong learning opportunities for individuals from underserved communities. These initiatives enhance employability and economic independence, helping reduce income inequality and giving individuals the tools to access better job opportunities.
2. Empowering Women and Girls
We focus on promoting gender equality, supporting women's empowerment, and ensuring that women and girls have equal access to education and economic opportunities.
3. Economic Empowerment and Access to Resources
By providing financial support and resources for entrepreneurship, we help reduce economic inequality.
4. Reducing Income Inequality
We focus on initiatives that help narrow the income gap, such as providing training for high-demand skills, supporting fair wages, and improving job conditions for low-income workers.
5. Inclusive Access to Technology
We work to bridge the digital divide by promoting digital literacy and providing access to technology for individuals. By increasing access to technology, we help individuals in low-income or rural areas develop skills needed for the modern workforce.
